Refund and Cancellation Policy

Global Health Treasures is committed to providing high-quality lifestyle and wellness coaching services. We understand that circumstances can change, and we've designed our policy to balance our client's needs with the efficient operation of our business.

 

1. Initial Consultation 

We offer an initial consultation to ensure our coaching services align with your needs and expectations. This session lets you experience our coaching style and discuss your goals before committing to a coaching package. The initial consultation is $153 plus taxes and is non-refundable.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

 

Individual Sessions

  • Cancellation Window: Clients who request cancellations or reschedules must do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session date will not be eligible for a refund.

  • No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session once at no additional charge if they request it at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

 

Coaching Packages

  • Can be canceled with a prorated refund for unused sessions, minus a 10% administrative fee, up to 7 days after purchase or before the third session, whichever comes first. Refunds beyond this period may be considered at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued after the third session has taken place.

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once per package, with at least 24-hour notice.

 

Digital Products

  • All digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

  • Clients who have not yet accessed the digital product may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Refund approvals are subject to review and may be granted at our discretion.

  • If a technical issue prevents access, we will work with the client or provide an alternative solution.

 

3. Rescheduling Sessions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore:

  • Individual Sessions: May be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, limited to 2 reschedules per purchased session.

  • Coaching Packages: Each session within a package may be rescheduled once, with at least 24-hour notice.

  • Emergency Exceptions: Missed sessions or late rescheduling requests (less than 24-hour notice) will be considered sessions delivered and will not be rescheduled or refunded, except in documented emergency cases (e.g., medical emergencies or unforeseen events).

 

4. Review Your Order

To avoid any issues, we strongly recommend carefully reviewing your selection before submitting it to ensure it is accurate and complete. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please get in touch with our customer service team at info@globalhealthtreasures.com.

5. Purchases Made in Error

If you accidentally purchase an extra session or a different product than intended, don't hesitate to contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds for accidental purchases are subject to review and approval, and any corrections will be made per our cancellation policy. Refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a mistake on our part, such as a technical error in our digital product delivery or a scheduling error for coaching sessions, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. This may include rescheduling a session, providing access to the correct digital product, or issuing a refund. Refunds for such errors will be processed via the original payment method, including Zelle, and may take up to 5 business days to reflect in your account.

 

By using our services and purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
